Defect Board: Physical examples of frequent defects, including skipped stitches and shade variation, are displayed for direct learning
Gold Sample Comparison: Inspectors receive detailed training on comparing approved samples with production goods
Visual Judgement Standards: Quantified visual materials are used to reduce subjective judgement in the inspection process

Standard Inspection Flow and Technical Skills

Training in standard operating procedures so all staff inspect products in the same sequence

Point Inspection: Inspectors practise repeated visual flow based on a defined inspection sequence
Accurate POM Measurement: Training covers exact start and end points for each measurement area
Needle Detector Operation: The nine-point test method is used to prevent incidents involving broken needle contamination
