Inspection Training

Inspection Training is a structured training programme designed to help inspectors examine products, processes, services, installations and related designs, determine conformity with specific requirements, and assess general requirements based on professional judgement. The programme enables inspectors to identify defects accurately and apply consistent evaluation standards.

1. Purpose and Need for Training

Inspector training aims to improve the qualifications and capabilities of all staff involved in inspection activities. By providing systematic education and practical training, it helps build the professional competence required to carry out inspection work consistently and strengthens the reliability of inspection results.

2. Types of Education and Training

Education and TrainingAll educational activities conducted to develop employee capabilities and improve individual competence.
In-house TrainingTraining conducted by inviting internal or external instructors, or by providing practical work knowledge directly at the workplace.
External TrainingTraining provided by KOLAS-accredited education bodies, related organisations and institutions involved in quality-system operation.
Transfer TrainingTraining in which employees who have completed external training share the course content and key points with other staff members.
