Bag Quality Inspection Guide

Clothing accessories serve not only an aesthetic role in completing a style, but also functional purposes such as warmth, protection and everyday convenience. Review the key inspection points classified by wearing area and intended use.

Appearance and Shape Balance

The overall silhouette is checked while the bag is placed on a flat surface or suspended in its intended position.

Left-right symmetry: Check handle position, pocket height and the centre alignment of embroidered logos
Filling condition: Inspect whether the shape is distorted when the bag is filled
Piping condition: Confirm smooth curved stitching along the edge line

Stitching and Finishing

Because bags are designed to carry weight, stitch strength is a critical quality factor.

Bar-tack stitching: Check reinforced stitching on shoulder-strap joints and other load-bearing areas
Stitch consistency: Closely inspect uneven stitch intervals
Oil/glue marks: Check for edge-coating stains and visible adhesive residue

Accessories and Function Tests

Zipper sliding: Confirm smooth movement without snagging, including on curved sections
Metal plating: Inspect buckles, rings and other metal parts for scratches or peeling
Snap/Velcro: Test the fastening strength of snap buttons and hook-and-loop closures

Interior and Storage Space

Lining allowance: Check for proper allowance to prevent tearing or zipper entrapment
Inner pockets: Inspect care-label attachment and stitching of internal pockets
Foreign matter inspection: Confirm full needle detection and removal of threads, dust or broken needles
