Gloves Quality Inspection Guide

Clothing accessories serve not only an aesthetic role in completing a style, but also functional purposes such as warmth, protection and everyday convenience. Review the key inspection points classified by wearing area and intended use.

Size and Fit

Precise finger-joint length is a decisive factor in wearing comfort.
  • Finger length: Measure left-right deviation precisely within 0.3 cm
  • Cuff width: Check Velcro position and ease of wearing
  • Three-dimensional pattern: Confirm palm-side stability when fitted on a hand form

Stitching and Finishing

  • Finger-web tearing: Closely inspect reinforced stitching at V-shaped areas between fingers
  • Lining slippage: Check separation between outer fabric and lining, and inspect edge finishing
  • Thread trimming: Confirm removal of loose threads at fingertips to prevent discomfort

Materials and Functionality

Grip performance and touchscreen recognition are tested according to the intended use.
  • Grip/coating: Check friction and adhesion of silicone dots on the palm
  • Touchscreen function: Test the position and recognition accuracy of conductive fabric
  • Waterproof/cold protection: Inspect seam taping and distribution of insulation materials

Appearance and Safety

  • Left-right colour variation: Check pair colour consistency under standard light
  • Accessory safety: Inspect metal decorations for sharp edges
  • Full needle detection: Inspect all products for broken needles and other metallic foreign matter
